# Tenure

> Tenure is holder-rewards infrastructure for exchange-listed (CEX) tokens. A token project funds a USDT pool; KYC-verified holders on a supported exchange connect a read-only API key and earn a share of the pool in proportion to tenure = balance × hours held. No volume tasks, no hidden terms, no custody. Every program has a terms page that the project shares with its holders by invite link.

## Key facts

- Keys can only read balances; the exchange confirms permissions before a key is accepted; any trade/withdraw permission is rejected.
- 4–12 balance checks per day at random moments; nobody can know when the next check happens.
- One exchange account (UID) = one holder; a UID already connected is rejected.
- KYC level (Primary / Advanced / Institutional) is read from the exchange; Tenure never sees documents.
- Payout = your tenure ÷ total tenure × (pool − 15% fee), paid in USDT to the Tenure wallet, withdrawable to TRC20 or BEP20 (minimum 10 USDT).
- Rewards are marketing payments made by the project and are disclosed as such on every program page.
